Consuming Track & Field From A Fan’s Perspective

May 24, 2022

Now that I’ve retired from track & field, the idea of “enjoying a track meet” has a very different meaning than it did 12 months ago. For very obvious reasons. It’s no longer a mater of evaluating the track surface, the crowd energy, the caliber of food provided, the warm up facility, the call room … More Consuming Track & Field From A Fan’s Perspective

Making money. Building a life. Becoming a mother. Then getting right back to it—just with a little more purpose and a whole lot more grace ✨ I had to jump on this trend, and honestly, I didn't know what to expect! Some days look like this—one hand rocking, the other just trying to eat in peace 😅 My bargain hunting extends further than just the thrift store. Easter hits a little deeper when you really sit in what it represents 🤍 Preparing for Easter and I'm just so grateful. May God be praised today and every day! On Saturdays we do Chapter meetings! And you know I love a good theme so I had to stick to the floral theme for this month. Shout out to all of me fellow pretty girls around the world! 🩷💚 4 looks. No misses. I said what I said 😌🔥 I'm so proud of this little one and how she has gone from saying she "didn't like to read" at first when she was 4 to reading chapter books and choosing them over her tablet at 6. She's joined a kid's book club, reading well above grade level, and begging me to give her more reading time. And I happily oblige of course.
