Meet Tiffany
I am a Christian, wife, mother, retired professional athlete, pharmacist, real estate investor, and digital content creator. I live in the Kansas City area with my husband Jeff, daughter Chidera, and son Jidenna Jeffrey. I have been fortunate to travel all over the world, live in various cities, and explore different cultures, thanks to my twelve year long professional track career.
I am the American born daughter of a Nigerian father, and British/Nigerian mother, so being multi-cultural has always been a key part of my identity. Most importantly, my faith is paramount, and I hope that my love for Christ is displayed in the way I live my life, and how I treat others. I begin every day with a prayer of gratitude because I am keenly aware that all I have is because of God.
My husband and I have been married for fourteen years; he is my college sweetheart and best friend. Jeff not only has a PhD but is a two-time Olympian and coached me to my third Olympic Games after having our daughter. As I’ve transitioned out of the professional athletics realm, I am exploring and nurturing some of my other interests like: content creation, sports broadcasting, blogging about my life experiences, and partnering with brands and campaigns that resonate with me.
It’s my goal to offer encouragement, and inspire others to break barriers, shatter glass ceilings, and be the very best version of themselves, no matter their walk in life. I hope that my life is proof that with proper planning, hard work, a great team, faith, and perseverance, that it is very possible to “achieve the impossible”, and look good while doing it!

- I enjoy the thrill of bargain hunting but I’m also known to splurge on a luxury item here and there
- I was a cheerleader/dancer from elementary to highschool
